A boat floats in an empty space. Just that office.

With the simple Kiz's idea of “a single boat floating in an empty space” as a starting point, we aimed to create a space that feels a large spread beyond its simplicity.

Kiz thought that sharing the fiction of "embarking on the first ship with everyone" would facilitate communication within the project team and increase creativity.

全長12mの「船」は巨大なテーブルとなり、パソコン作業やミーティング、コーヒーブレークなど、あらゆる使用形態を受け入れる。その「甲板」には、杉の足場板の古材を使用し、側面には黒皮の鉄板を巻いている。さらに竜骨を模した構造が「船」としての存在感をより強めている。
